Note during the project analyzed of our study, emphasis was placed on the project management activities rather than developing a full-blown system. Project management is the discipline of planning, organizing, securing, managing, leading, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals. A project is a temporary endeavor with a defined beginning and end (usually time-constrained, and often constrained by funding or deliverables), undertaken to meet unique goals and adjectives, typically to bring about beneficial change or added value. In the Initial stage, it is a very important theory for the client in terms of its positive effects toward the feasibility, economical, rational analyses of the plan. Thus, it requires the management to have a very high standard comprehension in a wide range of different knowledge.
